Setting up and executing experiments and validation testing of new product developments and technologies. Support in the design of new filter element constructions and new products to improve the product portfolio and drive the growth in filtration (material) knowledge. Support in troubleshooting filtration field issues and analysing customer returned filter elements or products. Manage and maintain the R&D testlab to keep this area tidy, clean and safe.

• Support in design and testing of new (filter) materials, processes and filter (element) products and constructions that fit into Indufil's product portfolio.
• Create engineering and production documents, (test) procedures, drawings, etc to support the manufacturing of new products or test setups as input for suppliers and/or internal manufacturing capability.
• Create internal and external test reports for research, performance testing or customer/field issue analysis activities.
• Create and develop manufacturing- and test protocols/ Standard Operating Procedures to document process parameters/settings and testmethods.
• Research innovations in filtration and filter (element) manufacturing, including alternative filter media, coatings, materials and new manufacturing methods.
• Pay constant attention to ensuring quality and safety;
• Maintains the R&D test lab to make sure this is clean, tidy and safe to work
